1. Digital Nature of Our Programs
All courses, bundles, resources, templates, and learning materials provided by AI Key Academy are digital products delivered online through immediate access to the student dashboard. Once access is granted, the content is considered delivered and consumed.
2. 24-Hour Refund Policy
We offer a 24-hour refund window for eligible purchases made on AI Key Academy.
By purchasing any program, course, or bundle from our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase time.
- Refund requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Once the 24-hour period has passed, the purchase will be considered final and non-refundable.
- Access to proprietary frameworks, systems, tools, templates, recordings, and learning materials is granted immediately after successful payment.
To request a refund within the eligible period, users must contact our support team with their registered email ID and payment details.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days, depending on standard banking timelines.

3. Cancellation Policy
Course Enrollment
Once a course or bundle is purchased, the enrollment cannot be canceled, transferred, or exchanged for another product.
Platform Usage
You may choose to discontinue using the platform at any time. However, discontinuing usage does not make you eligible for any refund or partial refund.
Subscription Plans (If Applicable)
For recurring subscription-based services, users may cancel future renewals at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the active billing cycle.
4. Exceptional Cases – Duplicate Transactions
Refunds will only be considered in cases involving duplicate payments caused by a technical or payment gateway error.

Since all products are non-refundable:
- Affiliate commissions are considered final once processed.
- Fraudulent disputes or chargebacks intended to bypass this policy may result in permanent account suspension, affiliate termination, restricted platform access, and legal reporting where necessary.
